Ray’s approach was shaped by his early years working in bison ranching in Saskatchewan, Canada. That environment demanded resilience, patience and systems that could perform under pressure, lessons that continue to inform how he builds for the coffee industry today. Structure, creatvity and long-term thinking aren’t optional. They’re foundational.
