Founded by Ray Luca, with 15 years of industry experience, the studio uses a clear, systems-driven approach. From roasteries to retail, blau druk blends creativity and clarity with brand strength to help businesses operate with purpose.
Ray’s early years in bison ranching in Canada taught resilience, patience and effective systems under pressure, lessons that shape how he builds for coffee today. Structure, creativity and long-term thinking are foundational.
